Finals are barely wrapping up at most schools but the CMF crews have already been popping up on campuses across the country to start promotions for the spring semester! We’ve got the usual swag—sunglasses, bottle openers, those ironic slap bracelets that everyone loves—but one special guest has been tagging along to Georgia Tech promo events and breaking hearts:
This little guy is named Baxter and he’ll be making guest appearances at several Atlanta area schools this spring so STAY TUNED! If you sign up to make a movie we might even let you keep him :)
Home at last! The box trucks are parked, the CMF staffers are catching flights home for the holidays and Campus MovieFest has finally wrapped up a pretty incredible Fall semester. A few highlights: CMF launched very successful first-year events at Cañada College and Virginia Tech, we saw record-breaking participation at Arizona State, San Francisco State and UNC-Greensboro, and there were sold-out red carpet finales everywhere in between.
But nothing sums up the successful Fall semester quite as well as this—enjoy!
(NC)2 - Nathan, Nishant, Caitlin, Caroline. Toss in Nor Cal and you have a trifecta. Team NorCal has made it to to the Bay Area! These hand-picked staff members were united from all parts of the country to bring you an extraordinary CMF experience.
The team started their expedition in Atlanta and drove coast-to-coast with a truck, a CMF minivan, and an incredible amount of Red Bull and Fruit by the Foot. When they’re not hosting events, uploading films, or promoting finales, Team NorCal can be found playing an aggressive game of JENGA at the Little Shamrock.

Wow, what an incredible event CMF is at SJSU. We are excited that we had another record year with several hundred students making their movies. We can’t wait to see the results. Check out pictures from SJSU Launch!
